You are requested to deposit an amount of Rs. 500/- (Non – Refundable) by cash towards Registration Fees which may be submitted at the school office on 9th February or 10th February 2024 in the school office between 9 am to 12 noon along with the following documents.

Compulsory documents to be submitted:
  1. Original birth certificate for verification issued by Municipality.
  2. Xerox of birth certificate.
  3. Two passport size photograph of a child.
  4. Paste Family photograph in the space provided on the form.
Note: Failing to present the above mentioned documents will be subjected to the cancellation of registration and will not be considered for admission.

Kindly remember:
  1. The age of candidate for nursery should be 3 - 4 years on 1st July 2024.
  2. Name of Candidate must be same as mentioned in Birth Certificate.
  3. Submission of registration form is not assurance/ security of admission.
  4. The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of online registration forms and is based on the availability of seats.
  5. All the desired original documents should be presented at the time of admission for verification. Not furnishing all documents and giving wrong information will lead to cancellation of registration and will not consider for admission.
